New Russian formations

Building a post-mobilization Russian OOB. Information cutoff: March 8th - 2023

This is a short article where I share my current lists of new Russian formations, established in main through the mobilization.

As such, these lists are highly likely incomplete, some entries could be wrong and this is very much work in progress.

My purpose for sharing this is to help build an updated Russian order of battle and try to uncover exactly how many new units they have raised. Important to emphasize that I here don't look at manning, equipment or anything related to assessing combat capability.

On sources: I have not compiled individual references for each entry but the main sources are the CIT mobilization summaries, the CDS Daily Briefs and a list compiled by @partizan_oleg on Twitter, in addition to own research through local Russian media outlets.

Once again, this list is highly likely incomplete, but I do hope some of you finds this helpful.
